Pilates is much more than people on yoga mats! We are Medicine Hat's Pilates professionals - with 5 fully certified instructors on staff in our fully equipped studio. Our instructors are trained to work with a wide variety of physical situations, from back pain recovery and care to intense athletic cross training.
